The book offers a lot of evidence that the process behaviour chart ( a.k.a. control chart ) is versatile and quite a useful statistical tool in understanding any processes especially measurement processes . It expose the other side of the issue of not meeting the requirements required by the "Big 3" on the allowable percentage of measurement error. This Book is a must to Buy and use as a cookbook and reference!

This book was a big help for learning advanced statistics. The text on each topic is descriptive without being too longwinded. The examples given in the text apply to many different situations. I highly reccomend it as a statistics cookbook.
