I bought this book for my MPA program evaluation class. While I did not have a choice in deciding what book to use, I have found that this book is very easy to comprehend and understand. It includes a lot of case studies and examples that enable readers to see the methodology in action. This will definitely be one of the books that I do not sell back at the end of the semester.
