A masterpiece of the art of missile testing and evaluation,

This review is from: Test and Evaluation of the Tactical Missile (Progress in Astronautics and Aeronautics) (Hardcover)
Highly recommended for all technical personnel from missile design engineers to launch site experts. This book is one of the rare technical publications which goes beyond the theory-practice-result chain and provides extremely useful direct engineering know-how at each step of the entire discussion. The editor did a truly great job in compiling different aspects of tactical missile testing effort including statistical target-hit analysis, kinematic uncertainties and in-flight data collection. Together with 'Conventional Warhead Systems Physics and Engineering Design' it should be an integral part of the library of every aerospace/weapons systems engineer who would like to gain technical insight into the design/test methodology of the airborne weapons engineering in the pre-DEPW (directed energy/pulse weapons) period.
