very disappointing I loves the songs from the movie I did not enjoy the other artists. I would not buy this again I would just download the songs that I liked from the movie.

If you only buy this soundtrack for one song, it has to be "Power of One" by Bomshel. They're an up-and-coming country/rock duo who've taken a decidedly softer turn with "Power of One." It's a great song with an important message that reminds us that every single one of us, in our own small way, can make a difference. The rest of the soundtrack is amazing too; overall a great buy!

The packaging says it is the original soundtrack, but it does not include the John Mayer track. Did not realize it. Should have paid more to the list of songs before I purchased it. Disappointed.

I purchased this by mistake, but the music make no sense to have after watching the movie.

I wish many of these songs had actually been in the movie. I'm a novelist, and I listen to music while I write. I've had a mix for each book. For my latest, three of these songs were on the MP3--"Walk on Water," "Power of One" and "God Makes Stars." Loved the movie, loved the soundtrack--I'd recommend it to anyone.

Loved this CD. All the music was great. The only thing is why the same song twice (a couple of numbers)? There were other songs in the movie that were not on the CD. I have wondered about other soundtracks -- why do they not include all the music that is in the movie. If it were me, I would record each song in the order they were in the movie.

Great movie - safe for family viewing but keeps adults engaged too. John Goodman is always fun, and plays a great congressional power broker. All the characters are funny. Best line is when Evan says, "It wasn't my plan ..." and God (Morgan Freeman) starts to laugh - so true. The end is a bit unrealistic, but hey, it's a comedy. Recommend to all.
