I found these cookies delicately flavored and of just the right consistency to eat with coffee or by themselves. I was pleasantly surprised, in fact, with the flavor, given that there were few of the usual ingredients that make cookies flavorful. I look forward to ordering more of these tasty -- and healthy -- cookies.
