Still as good as I remember,

I tried to learn to play many of these songs. Some were simple, but the words told a great story. Listen to `Hey René' when you want to go party, and double the desire to party. The `Gulf Coast Highway (Duet with Jimmy Buffet)' gave me another chance to learn the tune of the male vocal verse, which jumps around far more than I'm used to, but Jimmy Buffet didn't have much trouble getting some good notes. I like religious songs for the kind of music they inspire, and "By The Rivers of Babylon" on this CD is so full of feeling, it ought to make a lot more sense now than when I first heard it.

Saw this group open for Jimmey Buffett, who appears on the CD's "Gulf Coast Highway". Good group of women singling upbeat and rockin' Cajun songs along with a few ballads.
