1 Gallon Evapo-Rust

Recently bought an old motorcycle to fix up. Inside of the gas tank was rusty. Poured about 1/2 gallon of evapo-rust in the tank and let it set at for a day. By itself it removed a majority of the rust and after scrubbing the inside of the tank with steel wool it took 99% of it out. Looks new again. Its also is non-toxic and it doesn't harm paint or rubber so you can soak entire carburetors in it. I would highly recommend using it.

Recently worked on an item that belonged to a friend's grandfather that was badly rusted. After using the usual produts for rust removal with limited success heard about this product and it really did a great job.

Husband saw this product on the show "Trucks" about 6 months ago and finally broke down and decided to purchase! He is now thinking of purchasing it in concentrate form in a 5 gallon or possibly in a 55 gal drum. It works great and is safe on your hands and the environment.

Great stuff, no fumes, works quick, easy clean up. I placed some old tools, that I found in an old shed, in the solution for about 2 hours, gave them a light scrubbing with a scotchbrite pad, then rinsed with hot water. They looked like new, one of the pieces was a tri-square, the painted areas of the sliding head was cleaned but the paint was perfect and untouched. This is an absolute must have for any shop,

My workbench sits on a partially covered back porch. The tarp I use to keep it dry blew off in a rain storm and I didn't notice it until several weeks later. When I openned the drawers I found my tools covered in rust and mold, the cardboard I used as a self liner trapped the water.

I thought everything was runied. I'm used to light surface rust, but I had never seen this bad before. I remembered that years ago someone mentioning that harbor freight sells this stuff. It cost me $30 for a gallon of it, plus a bucket to soak the parts in. An hour later it was like nothing happened. Even my hard to clean drill chucks look like they are brand new.

I'm now saving up money to buy the 5-gallon bucket so I can use it on larger parts.

Will not remove any paint or coatings but let it set on the rust and say goodby to rust. Remember the worst the rust the longer it must set.

This works extremely well. Give it time to soak. It doesn't look like anything is happening, but in the morning the rust is gone. It's non-toxic; has no smell, reusable. Wow. What else could you ask for?

I'm not one to normally take time out of my schedule to write a product review - But I was truely amazed by this product. This product
does exactly what it's advertised to do - Rust is no longer a problem for me. I'm restoring an old metal working machine, that's
accumulated a bunch of light-medium rust over the last 50 years, and simply letting the various parts sit for a few hours in this
product did the trick. The rust seems to dissolve slowly, and bring the bare metal back to the surface - it's fantastic. The other
thing about this product that I'd like to mention is that a little goes a long way - regardless of how dirty the liquid becomes. A lot
of the parts that I've used this product on have been dirty or greasy and that doesn't seem to affect the ability of the product to
work great. Highly recommend this product!

This stuff seems too good to be true. I bought just a quart to try it out, on a rusty metal 'drip pan' from a truck. Left it soaking in a pan for a couple days (I forgot about it). Figured it was gonna be a mess, but sure enough, rinsed it off and the rust was GONE. I have no idea what this stuff actually is, but it delivers. I have a gallon jug now.

Well they got me again. This product simply does not work. You have to wonder who is writing these untruthful reviews. I left a mildly rusted part from an old electric fan in this stuff over night. I could see absolutely no difference. Took out the sanding sponges and got to work. How many more people will they fool before it's off the market.
