I couldn't see spending a ton of money on a carried being my son was growing super quick. So, I splurged and bought this carrier. I was so pleased with it, I bought another one to keep in my Mother-In-law's car so I always had it handy. It was cheap enough that I could actually do that! I never wore it on my back. I want even aware that you could, but I loved being able to see my angel and hug him all the time. Both my husband who is a foot taller then I and myself both enjoyed using this and it worked great. My son loved being in it as well. I wish it went higher up on the weight though since my son grew so rapidly.

When registering for baby products, I researched baby carriers at length. I decided to go for the Snugli, because I couldn't see how the Bjorn could be worth the extra money. I really, really wanted the Snugli to work, since it was so afforable compared to the Bjorn. Unfortunately, my daughter would only tolerate the Snugli for about 15 minutes before screaming. She wanted to face forward at 2 months of age when her head control was pretty good, but the when we tried it, her head was too far down in the Snugli to enjoy it. So, I sucked it up and got the Bjorn. And, *sigh* she loves it. We walk around for hours, and she is content. The quality in the construction is far superior to the Snugli. The padding is great in it, and you can get your baby up high and tight on your chest, so your baby (and you) feels secure. Also, my baby doesn't flop around in the Bjorn like she did the Snugli. A major drawback is that the Snugli isn't adjustable for baby's length like the Bjorn. I'm pretty frugal, but I think you get what you pay for in this department. However, as long as your baby likes the Snugli, go for it! But, I'd keep the receipt around just in case.

The Snugli is an absolute must for moms and dads. For moms not only can you carry the baby around but you can nurse at the same time. For the babies that have to be held 24/7 this works so well, they get the feeling of being held while you can still move around and do whatever you need to do as well. I went to Babies R Us and compared this to the much more expensive Baby Bjorn and they are exactly the same. Definatly worth buying.

AWESOME product!!!!! I was a little concerned when I thought about buying it for fear that because I am a larger woman that it would not fit me well. It is perfect and my 3 week old LOVES it!!

I purchased the carrier before my son was born. Now at 11mths we are still using it!! Our 3 year old sometimes gets tired of walking and wants to be the one pushed in the stroller so I strap the carrier on and we are back on our way. It is easy to open/close. I'm a plus size woman and it fits comfortably even on me, with some room to spare on the adjustment strap. The pocket on the front I've found no use for but other than that me and my son are happy campers with the carrier. We will for sure keep it around incase we have another little one.

This carrier is better than the Baby Bjorn. I returned the other one so I could by the Snugli Comfort Vent Carrier. It is light weight, extremely easy to put on and even easier to put your baby in. My daughter loves being in the snugli. This version is even better than the one my sister in law purchased 2 years ago. I'm amazed at just how comfortable and easy this snugli is. I would highly recommend this carrier to any parent.

Well, first of all, I guess if you have a super unhappy baby, this might not be for you (talking about one of the previous posts). For me and my son, it is a God-send!! I have purchased this exact model for 5 baby showers in the past 3 months. My son is almost 6 months old and we still use it. When he was a newborn, the only way to get anything done was with my snugli, and shopping was an ability once again!

Yes, you heard me, this thing rocks over the Bjorn. It's bigger, more comfortable and has more things on it that I wish the Bjorn had - like a bottle holder, various pockets for storing personal items, a shade so that harsh light doesn't bug baby when he's sleeping, waist and lumbar support, rings to attach toys and a clip to clip down the front when it's folded over. The new on the hip design is great as you can wear baby on the hip or in front. Perfect on the hip when feeding! He also gets a better view when faced in of the outside world from my hip. The Bjorn just did not seem to grow well with him, we tried adjusting it so many ways and it always seemed too tight and just not good for him even though it is a great design. With the extras on the Snugli though it makes going out and about with the pack easier as you have everything handy without a diaper bag as well, this thing worked great for airport and international travel. Never thought I would buy the cheap Snugli but I did!

I've been using this carrier since my daughter was about one week old. It supports her head just fine, and she usually falls asleep in it, making it possible for me to take the dog for a walk, go to the mailbox, or do a load of laundry, things I could NEVER do with a baby who won't be put down! It took a few tries to get good at putting her in and taking her out, and I wish the adjustable straps had somewhere to go after tightening, because there is a lot of extra strap just flopping around my legs. But all in all, this was one of the better purchases we made.

I did some research on the different carriers before deciding on this one. It was the cheapest I could find and also looked like the most practical. I have a 2 month old daughter and she loves it! Within minutes of walking she's out like a light and looks extremely comfortable. The leg holes aren't too tight, there's adequate space for her arms and it supports her head wonderfully. Now I don't have to lug the stroller around everywhere and can also get stuff done around the house without her crying to be held!
