Anyone who is a United States Marine, (once a Marine, always a Marine), will enjoy this video. The Silent Drill Platoon was the highlight for me. No other military unit on earth can perform with such precision. The Drum & Bugle Corps and the Marine Corps Band also perform with perfection. If you want to see precision marching, weapon handling, absolute trust, music played without a hitch and a piece of history, you need this video.If you are fortunate enough to ever have the opportunity to get to 8th and "I" Streets in Washington, D.C., during the summer months, where the parade is conducted...don't miss it. The "Evening Parade" is another reason why I have fierce pride in having served with the Best of the Best. |
