Pro:

1. The dress arrived well packed with its own hanger and plastic sealed bag. Formal Gallery provided excellent customer service and was extremely prompt with their email communication. They also addressed my shipping issue and was very helpful with an alternate shipping address.

2. A well designed dress that definitely accentuate curves. Made of heavy material with lining and not flimsy or light at all, which falls nicely over the bodice. Being 5' 4" I still have to hem the dress so that I wouldn't trip walking in it, but the dress itself fitted well.

3. Dress included a snap-on button on the underside to shorten train behind you. Definitely a plus when in crowded function and people tend to step on your dress!

Cons:

1. The brooch in the bust area cannot be removed as it is sewn on. One of the hoops on it has broken, so the thread was looped in an opening on the brooch itself. Will remove and use an alternate brooch I have.

2. Because of the design, you tend to get a 'fabric flap' (no other way I know to describe it) under the arms on the sides immediately below sequined bust line if you have bad posture. The shoulder strap also has the tendency to fall off the shoulder if you slouch!

3. Sequins are delicate (as with any other dresses). Some were loosely sewn on, I had to re-tighten the threads myself so as not to lose them when I wear it.

Otherwise, I do love this gown, just had it pressed and will be wearing it for a ball the coming week! Thank you Formal Gallery!
