Essential Reading
This book is quite informative and easy to read! The examples are ones that all can relate too. This is essential reading for all event planners and destination managers.

The two first chapters have a theorical approach worthy of an academy writer. But the ongoing chapters, although have useful information and practical, lack of structure.
