5.0 out of 5 stars Perfection, May 27, 2003

This review is from: EverQuest 90-Day Prepaid Game Card (CD-ROM)
For anyone who doesn't have or doesn't want to use a credit card to play Everquest, this item is absolutely perfect. With 90 days, if you're a new player it's enough time to get a firm grasp of the game and decide if you want to continue.. it's not so short that you run out of time before you realize, and it's priced pretty close to what you'd be paying with a credit card.

The only thing I don't like is I haven't found a place where I can check how many days I have left.. I am unsure if this is because I haven't looked hard enough, or if it doesn't exist.. but I wish it were easier to find.

Until then, I just count by marking the dates on my calender, and then return to loving this item.

4.0 out of 5 stars For Exp'd EQ users, May 14, 2004
This review is from: EverQuest 90-Day Prepaid Game Card (CD-ROM)
Ok the game card is VERY nice, because EQ constantly harasses its customers to buy/pre-order expansions when logging into the account, if they have your credit card and you push 'OK' then they quickly charge you in 1/10 of a second, no confrimation required, but if your using the game card they would have to ask you for the credit card number. I hate dealing with Sony!

Takes the worry out of paying by credit card. Costs a few cents more compared to the monthly fee, but you get three months of play without worrying about your credit card balance.
