I've had this brush for years and struggled through with a broken handle as it worked so well. Finally decided there was no reason not to replace it. So I purchased another before the existing one is completely unusable as I can't be without it with a long haired cat. This is so easy to use; no tape to unwind, no refills, just brush in the opposite direction and all the hair comes off the brush. If you have pets that shed, give it a try. What do you have to lose beside pet hair!

I love golden retrievers and they SHED. I am usually grooming when I am watching TV. No matter how careful I am, fur escapes and the dark rug turns golden. I use this lint brush to remove the fur and it works like magic. It is also effective on clothes, the furniture and drapes. My first one just collapsed after years of work and I am so glad to be able to find another one!

These are great lint and pet hair cleaning brushes. Probably the best out there. You can throw your sticky roller away, this Magik Brush will run circles around it as far as cleaning up lint and hair.

A friend gave me the one sided Magik Brush as a gift, -Evercare Magik Brush - Lint Brush, 1 brush -and I loved it. It really did a great job. Than I realized they have this two sided brush also for just a buck or two more. Double the cleaning power and not double the price, sounded like a good deal to me. My wife loves it and uses it frequently on her clothes and the furniture. We have a cat that constantly leaves his hair on our furniture and everywhere else for that matter. It's nearly imposable to sit down with dark or dress clothes on without having cat hair showing up on your clothes. My vacuum does a good job but when we don't care to take it out this brush mostly solves the problem, just swipe your furniture or clothes a couple of times with this brush and problem solved. For you non pet owners this brush works exceptionally well on lint also.

The brush is extremely easy to clean, just swipe it in the opposite direction on nearly anything " I use a rough cloth " and it comes out clean.

Now I leave this two sided brush at home and take the one sided one with me when I travel.

Hard to find any product for this price that works this good. Well this one does.

I searched all over for this lint brush after my old one finally gave up the ghost. I'd kept it for a good 25 years, and finally, the fabric pulled out from the edges. That one had an oblong swiveling head on a longer handle, which made it easy to reverse the direction of the hook-type fabric's nap, and it also had a reverse side that faced in the opposite direction, so reversal was unnecessary for smaller jobs. To clean the brush, I would simply wet my fingers and push the fuzz off it with, instead of against, the nap. All in all, a great design. The new one, on the other hand, though made with the same kind of fabric, does not swivel, the handle is about 1 1/2 inches shorter, the brush head is smaller too, and it doesn't feel quite as comfortable in the hand as the old one did.

Please don't get me wrong, I'd much, much rather have the new one than to go without this cloth lint "brush," which is why I agreed to pay the exhorbitant shipping charges from Ace Hardware by Mail, or whatever they call their mail order outlet (I don't recall, offhand.) Anyway, the shipping came to almost $17, while the total cost for the three lint brushes was only about $7. Yet, I'd do it again to have this brush, and a couple of spares. You wouldn't believe how much better it is than the tape rolls, or any others I've ever used, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

It seemed that this product would be useful. I ordered two different furniture brushes at the same time, the Evercare brush and another brush. I wanted to see if there was a qualitative difference between these things. The Evercare seemed to pick up the lint a little bit better, and it has two functioning sides: each side moves in a different direction, which was convenient. But the second time I used it, the material on one side pulled completely away from the plastic 'teeth' into which it was anchored. I was not being hard on the brush, just brushing some cat hair off the sofa. My first thought was that, 'well, it's probably an anomaly, they'll be able to send me a new brush.' I called the company the next day and spoke with a very nice woman. She said that someone from their customer relations department would cal ll me back within a day or two. I thought that was reasonable. That was in March of 2012. I did not call back, as I did not feel it was my responsibility to ask them to just do their jobs. I proceeded to use the other brush I ordered and made a mental note to not order anything more from Evercare. I ran across the unused, damaged Evercare brush tonight as I was emptying a closet. As customer service is often the key to making a choice between two items of similar value, I thought it was important--and may be helpful to the company, if they ever read these things--to mention. They are off my list. No hard feelings, but no more business.
