Around week 12 of my pregnancy I started getting "morning sickness" (which is really morning-noon-and-night sickness). I wasn't vomiting much, so my doctor didn't want to prescribe anti-vomiting meds, but the constant nausea and gagging were nearly unbearable. Not to mention that I had no desire to eat when I was constantly nauseous.

I tried eating bland foods, tried saltines and graham crackers, tried getting more sleep, tried drinking more water, tried drinking sugary drinks, tried gum, tried hard candy... and on and on, and nothing worked for me. My doctor suggested ingesting some vitamin B6, but the stores near me didn't carry small enough dosages. When I went online to buy the vitamin, I saw these Therapops and decided to try them instead.

These things are GREAT! They may or may not work for you (each person and each pregnancy is different), but these made my days bearable!

Note that the box says not to exceed 3 pops in a 24 hour period. What I did was suck on one until I was no longer nauseous (5 minutes or so), then put it back in the wrapper until I got sick again. It kept me from eating too many and still kept the nausea at bay.

I was a little bit skeptical when I saw this product on Amazon. It did get fairly great reviews so, I decided to buy it. These lozenges really help when I get super nauseated :) The flavor isn't bad either. Tastes like an apple jolly rancher. I would recommend this to anyone suffering from morning sickness.

I tried many different products to help with my all day morning sickness and this is the only one that has worked for me. I would definitely buy these again!

In theory, these sounded like a good idea combining the appropriate dosage of vitamin B6 in a flavored lozenge, however they did not work with me. I could not find a low enough dosage of Vitamin B6 at our local health foods store, so I decided to try these. I could not stomach the strong and overly sweet artificial green apple flavor. The smell alone was enough to send me run running to the bathroom. I found that Kind Bars, which have organic ingredients and 50% of the RDA of Vitamin B6 eaten first thing in the morning, before getting out of bed, worked a lot better for me. I should point out that I don't eat a lot of sweets to begin with, and find them especially unappealing when I have morning sickness. If you like fruity candy like Jolly Ranchers these might work well for you.

I was surprised, maybe it was a placebo effect, but every time I was hitting the woosy train in my first three months I'd pop one of these green apple losenges (which taste yummy too!) and I'd feel better. The tart flavor, sucking action and maybe the B-12 really made my days run more smoothly. You can't eat them like candy though, I think it's only three a day, so use wisely!

Unfortunately I've had a bit of a sugar aversion this pregnancy, so these aren't as helpful as I'd hoped they would be. You can only take three of them in a day, and they're nowhere near sour enough. I do better just peeling a lime and drinking Morning Wellness tea, taking my b-6 in capsule form.

These are miraculous. Seriously saved me so much grief. They don't completely remove the nausea for me-- especially since you can't have more than 3 a day-- but they help A LOT!

These lozenges are actually alright. I read the reviews and decided it would be a gamble. But I really like the taste and it works well. Not exactly like Jolly Ranchers like some have mentioned before, but they're pretty close. They do have an after taste, but it's not horrible or anything. Nothing water or some other drink can't drown out. They work for the most part for me, but if you find they don't work for you, there are plenty of remedies out on the internet that will help with nausea/morning sickness. My favorites are still chicken bouillon and lemon juice. (separate, not together.)
