I've had this bag for a while. I use it at least 3-5 times a week and it still looks almost brand new. I think this is the best 100lb bag I've used, even out of the ones at my gym. I was deciding between this one and the 100 lb everlast nevatear, but I always see those duct taped up and with holes in them. I would say spend the extra $25 for this one...much better!

This bag with the improved foam was an inexpensive upgrade and seems to have been a good choice. Amazon Prime's upgraded shipping made the deal amazingly good and got it here in time for the recipient's birthday! Not having used a heavy bag before, I foolishly hit it a few times just to try it out and left a fair bit of knuckle skin on the bag. My son kindly pointed out that he wears gloves and that they are a required accessory.

This is a fantastic bag for the price. I have no complaints about it.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the foam wrapping results in a small 1 inch or so section of the bag that does not have the foam padding.

So if you are punching the bag and it begins to spin, you will either need to stop it from spinning or ensure that you are only punching in the padded foam sections.

Beyond this minor issue the bag is flawless.

Bought this heavy bag in October of 2010 for the amazing price of eighty dollars! This was without a doubt the most comfortable bag I have ever used. Unfortunately the bag didn't even last one year. Today while doing my normal routine (half an hour of bag work) the stitching gave out and the bags contents slid right out of the bottom. Really pains me to give this bag a bad review, I loved this thing.

Just got the bag and can't wait to let my son beat on it. He's only 7 so this will last him a long time and it won't squeal like his sister when he kicks it. The most awesome thing was free shipping . Arrived in 2 days by UPS. Thanks again Amazon for being an easy sell.

If you are looking for a heavy bag this is the one. it has foam so it won't settle to the bottom. it comes with a swivel on the top so the bag can rotate after it is hung. i would suggest an anchor at the bottom as well to keep it from swaying too much when using it. I would recommend that you put a swivel on the bottom to which keeps it much more stable. i would recommend this over the bags that have a cylinder that you fill with water or sand. i tried that and it moves around way too much.

this bag is the best bag i have ever used. i have been boxing for a long time and have owned several bags and this one is truly fantastic and i am quite impressed with the build quality. i was considering going for some of the cheaper models but after getting this one i am so glad with my choice. i would reccomend this to anyone looking for a good bag.

I had bought this before but the bottom tore out. I did use it alot so think that was more the issue then anything else. I liked it so much I bought another one

For the price I paid for this heavy bag I expected a mediocre product at best. Man was I wrong. The only problem is the zipper pull at the top of the bag was broken but was very obviously a result of the shipping, I've come to expect little things like this to happen when having large items like this shipped. Anyway this bag is great. I've been literally beating the hell out of this thing and it still looks brand new. No settling or anything. If the price doesn't change on this bag I would say everyone should get one, if only as a stress reliever, you will not regret it. I couldn't be happier. I feel like I was shipped the wrong product because there's no way I got this product at this price. Seriously, intense. I only gave it 5 stars because 10 wasn't an option! ha ha. My advice. BUY IT NOW! before they jack up the price. I paid $99

Did a lot of research on heavy bags and tried a few. Finally landed on the Everlast C3... great choice. First of all, if your body weight is over 200lbs, don't bother with a bag under 100lbs. It will move way too much. The 70-80lb. bags that are filled with rags are okay in that they don't really have hard spots, but the filling does start to settle toward the bottom after a few sessions. The C3 foam technology keeps the bag in tact and doesn't allow for settling. I weigh 215 and the 100lb. bag is perfect. I highly recommend getting the anchor as well. High quality bag for a great price.
