Good gloves for the price, June 27, 2010
This review is from: Everlast Advanced Training Gloves
I recently bought the gloves and just tried them out on the punching bag, first off you will notice there a little more tight than other gloves but that will go away with time as you break into them, also there is more padding witch is good, and the anti-smell works not great but it works all in all a good buy for me.

Good $10 boxing gloves, February 7, 2010
This review is from: Everlast Advanced Training Gloves
I bought these a few years back from Ross and still own them. For $10, I think these are great and serve its purpose. I'm not using them for competitive use, but they hold up with heavy bag use and some sparring. These are actually the older style (2912B) Everlast advanced training gloves that have an elastic velcro strap (newer 2212 models have a velcro wrist wrap).
Although the newer styles are more secure, these are also well made and comfortable. The padding is thick enough to protect your hand against injuries. The anti-microbial lining is also great to guard against smell or mold.
If you are serious about the sport, you should definitely upgrade to the higher end gloves. However, if you're looking for some affordable gloves that get the job done, then these are the perfect choice.
