It's well made and will last for years.

This mat is great for working out... it's extra thick, yet soft - makes doing all kinds of lying down floor exercises much more comfortable.
Donna Marie
I also like how it folds up nicely and is easy to carry by it's handles.

I'm 63 y/o and have to do a variety of physical therapy exercises involving a MAT. My muscles are brittle and bones ache most of the time. The Everlast Folding mat is a perfect product for me at home.

It is THICK enough to absorb the difference between a wooden floor and my sensitive bones. It is FIRM enough to support my back when I'm doing leg lifts etc. Having just ONE fold gives it a consistent smooth surface.

The material seems tough and doesn't have a "rubbery" smell or feel to it. Carrying handles are convenient and it stores easily under my bed.

The SIZE is ideal too. I'm 6'2" and weigh 225 lbs. I can lie comfortably flat on my back without feeling cheated. I can lie on my side and have plenty of length.

*I have owned 2-3 other types of mats designed for yoga or mat-type exercise. They all had shortcomings... TOO thin, TOO hard, tendency to ROLL up while in use, smells like an auto tire etc. Not any easier to store than the Everlast.*

It's an excellent product, worth every penny!

We've had this mat for over six years and we have a big family so it has stood up to a lot of use and abuse! From somersaults and much jumping to use as a mattress for sleepovers, the mat still looks good and performs great. We received our mat as a gift from Grandma who thought it would come in handy for our homeschool physical education program and she was right. For years it fit under our couch when folded until needed (and until we changed couches). We strongly recommend this hardy mat.

This is a great product that I have had my eye on for quite some time and had a hard time finding one. This is the Pilates mat to buy. It is much thicker that other "Pilates" mats (which are just a tad thicker than yoga mats) and offers great back support.

Not worth the price I paid. I purchased 2 of these mats in search of the Everlast mats that are like the ones in my gym. These look the same but they aren't solid like the old ones. They are better than some of the cheaper versions but again, NOT worth the price. If you expect to get a good sturdy mat like Everlast used to make, this mat is NOT it! I guess they just don't make them like the older version. The original Everlast mats weren't made of sponge. Don't know what they were made of but they're much better than these and yes, my ORIGINAL mats are still going strong. I'm not sure these will last very long at all.

You can see in the picture how the vinyl looks wrinkled. That's because it is and it doesn't fit tight like the original. $[..] would have been worth the price for the original but not for this one, definitely not the $[..] they are asking now!

I am very pleased with this product. I use one at the gym where I work out with my personal trainer and was excited that I could get the same mat to use at home. The black mat was several dollars cheaper for what seemed to be the very same one in blue. Odd?

I purchased this mat to do basic exercises at home. I find it to be easy to get out & put away. It provides a solid, cushioning surface that protects me from the hard floor, but is not so soft as to be a hindrance to exercise. I am very pleased with this purchase!

I ordered this to replace my yoga mats due to Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis. I was unable to exercise due to extreme pain from the least amount of pressure and this mat was a life saver! I am now able to exercise once again, from yoga to Tai Chi to any form of exercise requiring a mat. I researched this particular mat and this was by far the best value.
