Just using the controllers works better...,

I bought these in hopes that it would feel more like actual boxing. Unfortunately, the holders (on the gloves) seemed to interfere with the WII controller = not as responsive as just using the controllers without the gloves. So, I like the idea. I just wish the gloves worked.

I usually like Everlast products, but it seems that you just can't make a good glove for the Wiimotes. Most of the other products have bad ratings so I tried these. First thing I noticed on Wii Boxing was that the hands were much farther apart on the screen, because I couldn't hold them so close together in real life. That translated to getting hit a lot more, and that's all it took for me to not want to use them again. That and I have big hands. Technically they fit me but they aren't comfortable. I knew I was taking a risk though buying something that's pretty much "One size fits most".

Okay, I realize no Wii glove will ever be perfect, but these are as good as it's gonna get.
Be prepared for a little prep time, at least for the first wear, because it takes a few minutes to get the controllers snapped in and get the gloves on. Once they're on, it takes a minute or two to figure out how they'll affect cursor movement and how to use the buttons. But all that becomes a piece of cake once you get used to it. I must admit, I haven't tried putting the controllers inside the mitts. I've only strapped them to the tops of the gloves, because that's what makes the most sense to me. I don't want to think about the controllers, I just want to feel the gloves. So I can't tell you what mitt use is like. Now that I've tried these gloves, I'll never play Wii boxing without them. Having done genuine boxing, I can tell you this is still a lot less satisfying than the real thing. But man is it fun! The gloves add a lot to the experience and have helped me boost my form and accuracy. If you're gonna get gloves, get these. Seriously. 2115|R341XJ7HAUYHRV;2115|RPXR3PJX4HBF7;2115|RMUO8TQ9HGAFN;
