I wanted to increase my heavy bag training. I was looking at those gym style big timers, but the price was a little high for me. I came across this Everlast trainer.This has become my favorite piece of equipment. It pushes you to get up and keep going every time the buzzer goes off. I not only use it with the heavy bag but also with the speed bag. I have suggested it to other friends, who love this thing. This trainer is worth the money. You won't be disappointed.
