Heavy and simple,

These ankle weights certainly do the job, but for extended wear are a bit uncomfortable at least in part because the closure is a single-directional velcro strap instead of having a ring and pulling back against the ring to tighten the weights. Because of this, they always seem a bit loose. Aside from that, however, the build quality seems very good and the adjustable weight is very useful.
