The hand wraps are just what I needed. I use a heavy bag and gloves for cardio training, but my hands were taking a beating in the gloves. I was looking for wraps to wear inside the gloves and these work great!

I did cut off the 120" of wrap. I'm just doing some cardio work so I have no real need for all the wrappings.

I slip the gloves on and put on the boxing gloves and I'm ready to go. When I'm done my knuckles don't hurt anymore.

You might read some reviews were the idiots are using these alone and hitting the heavy bag, then they say the gloves rip easy, well thats not what they were intended for... be careful of the idiots they walk amongst us!

As far as quality and shipping, it gets five stars. I gave it four overall b/c the wraps are 120" and on top of the knuckle pads your hand looks like small clubs. They're perfect for me b/c I use either 16oz or 18oz and have plenty of room for the wraps.

fits pretty snug thought the knuckle pad was thicker but overall it does protect the hands well and it's easy to put on.
