This has been another great buy for my son (7-yrs) and I to have fun while learning some fundamental skill for self-defense.

the worst customer service ever. avoid these people like the plague.
I have never been treatted so rude by a company in my life. A month later I still don't have my money back or a gift for my mother. I was yelled at and belittled. I paid the return cost out of my own pocket. This was a horrific experience. Avoid at all cost!
