Do not buy these. I'm a boxer but i'm only 140lbs. AFter only a few weeks of training with my friends the inside vinyl of these mitts ripped. There cheap.

These mitts have the padding of a cardboard box. They are cheap and from Everlast I expected much more. These mitts now have a place in my garage unused. Go with a brand that actually takes time like Aires or Revgear. These Everlast mitts are just horribly made with cheap substitutes for padding and use.
