I have really enjoyed using this ball. I have not used the base a whole lot. It helps a lot with the tubing if you are doing exercises on your own, but if you are using a video, you are moving a lot and really dont have any time or need to use the base. The ball is very study. I definitely suggest the first time you blow us your ball use an air compressor at home or go to the gas station to really blow up the ball and stretch it, then use the hand pump for maintenance. Overall I am very happy with this purchase

I use this exercise/Pilates ball at least once a week in place of going to the gym. It comes with a list of example exercises you can do. The only concern I have is that the stand that the ball sits on doesn't stay together very well. You have to assemble it, and sometimes it doesn't stay assembled. I however, am moving it from one place to another, so that could be a contributing factor.

After I recieved this product Iwas really excited to try it out. After putting it together and pumping up the ball, I go to use it and the base snaps apart while I am on the ball doing some of the moves. I thought bummer, either I am just way to heavy that I split it or I did not put it together properly. I know it wasn't the latter b/c it only snaps together, so maybe I was just to darn big. Another thing I did not like is the fact that the ball is really small. You look at the lady using it on the site and think that it is a decent size ball...maybe for someone that is 5'7 and not 5'10. So, all in all it was not made for me.

I agree the bottom is a bit flimsy, but it hasn't given me any trouble, so far. It is easy to put together. The ball is pretty nice (I like my Spri better as far as quality, but this one for height). I could not find instructions in the box telling how high to blow it up (I did it to 22" and it is a bit taught, but I like that height). I am hoping it won't blow up on me.

I like the pump a lot better than the one that comes in the Spri ball kits. It pumps this ball and the Spri balls up much faster (but is a little tricky to fit in the Spri balls). It only took me about 5-7 minutes to pump it up, vs. about 20 with the Spri pump. The Spri ball I pumped with this one was an Elite and quite thick.

I like the stretch band, but it is a bit short for bicep curls, but is good for a lot of other exercises. I tried out several exercises and it is going to be really good for the days I can't get to the gym to do weights.

The base was very easy to assemble and the ball didn't take too long to blow up either. I really liked the fact it came with a "tape measurer" to ensure it was properly inflated.

I purchased this unit to replace my desk chair at work but have been using it at home to adjust. I find myself not sitting as much at the desk which makes me more productive at home but not sure how that will translate at work. Time will tell.

It replaced my old one which was much bigger (and no base)... the base and tubing are awesome! you can do so many different exercises using the tubing. i know some people have said that they've had tubing come out or the base fall apart but so far i haven't had any problems with the base... and one time the tubing did pop out but i think because i am so short (5'2) it's not a huge problem. besides my treadmill this ball has also become a staple in my daily workout.

It's easy to put the base together. It comes in four parts and they don't really latch together so sometimes they will slip apart depending on the exercise I do with the ball. I haven't had any issues other than that and the ball is still going strong!

one of the rubber stretchy thingies keep popping off while in use when not carefully checked prior to use...also the round stabilizer likes to come apart while your putting it together...but I love using it anyway and it seems to help with stretching etc. I would buy it for a gift or for myself even with these minor faults.

I actually bought this product for the base with the attatched tubing,I already have a Crystal Edge ball,so I gave the ball to my son's girlfriend,she really likes using it
