I love the stabilty ball workout and so far Im satisfied with my purchase. It comes with a pump and very slow beginners workout video. If you're like me Then you'll probably want a better video right away. The ball is pretty heavy duty. The only thing that scares me is that it acually has a plug instead of the refill hole my other one had. I keep thinking its going to pop out, but it never does!
