Completely Disappointed,

When I received this item, I was completely disappointed. For starters, it wasn't even Blue, it was Yellow. It was way smaller than the picture indicated. Looks like something for a midget. And to top it off, the middle black part that is supposed to go around your back is not anything like the picture indicated. They basically put another handle in the middle. Completely cheap and not worth $24.50. I'm going to call today to ask them about this. They are false advertising this item.
