The Everlast Slimmer belt was everything the advertisement said it would be. I've yet to use the hot/cold packs, but they seem like they could come in handy if I were to ever need them. It drains the fluid out of my stomach and after I take it off, I feel pretty good. Like many other slimmer belts, The only real complaint is if the velcro sticks out a little bit on the sides, it will chaffe your stomach. A lot. Not knowing, it chaffed my stomach for a good few hours, and after taking a shower and going to bed, they blistered up. Big time.. So i have to scrunch the velcro towards the middle, which is easily solved, but makes it poke out and look weird like I have something protruding out of my stomach. Other than that, it is a great belt, and well worth it.

I have been using this product for reducing my belly area.
I keep this in the microwave for not more than 50 seconds otherwise the gel pack cover might start melting. This is very effective, just wear and do the cardio workouts, it starts sweating in the belly area fast.

pretty good product. helps me a lot with back problems. easy to use. it really does get excess h2o after workouts and such.

Good quality, so far so good(Daily use for 3 months) and the fact that you can do a nice Hot/Cold therapy with your gel pack is just awesome; the 2 in one is a good buy even if you don't use the gel pack often, you won't regret getting this product.

I had some body ache issue and my Dr. recommend that I wear this an hr a day. After 1 week my body aches was gone. The heating/cooling jelly bags helps to relieve the aches. Also use it while doing abdominal exercise. Highly recommended.

This Everlast product is easily the best accessory of its kind. I love it! Over the years I have tried many contraptions to sooth my back, but many of those ended up being cheaply made, poorly executed, or would just fall apart. This product is the only one that worked (works truly great), lasted, and convenient to use. I can wear it at work or at home. I can walk around the house with it on. It is made to last. If every the cold/hot pack breaks open or begins leaking, you can easily find similar sized replacements at Walgreens or wherever else you shop. That's what I did recently. No problems at all.

not only did this product show up late, it is not like the picture unless your some sort of midget.
from the picture, it looks like 16 inches wide and 30 inches long, when i received it, it was made for a child.
it doesnt look like the picture nor looks like the size of the picture, this is the worse product i ever purchased from everlast, the quality has gone down for this company, shows they are using child labor or over seas workers to make their horrid products.
