This is a great belt for those who are trying to sweat a little more in the mid-scection. I am the type of person who DOES NOT sweat much during my workouts, so I like to wear a belt like this. The magnets in this belt work wonder on my back and I LOVE how this belt is larger than most other slimmer waist belts in WIDTH.

This belt does more than slim I wear it everyday because of back pain. I apply my rub than put the belt on and it feels good and I am able to go through my daily routine with less discomfort. I don't know if it has anything to do with the magnets but as long as I get relief from the pain I don't care. I will be ordering another one.

This thing makes You burn up a real sweat and creates a real heat in your core and makes your entire body sweat more i own others that i even purchased here on amazon and i only work out with this one well worth it be careful when removing don't pull at it to hard remove it gently and it will last longer. Keep at it and you will see the what a difference this thing makes.

Well I have been working out, and have gotten rid of all my fat everywhere but in my belly/love handles. Needless to say that is the hardest part, but I am always looking for a quicker solution, so I figured I would give this a try. I think the sauna vests are too much, so this helps target the specific area I wanna work, and seems more easy to use.

Its built good, and very soft. You gotta be careful when putting it on, that its perfectly even cause if not the end that has the velcro on it will dig into your skin. You can fix this by using an undershirt, or leaving your boxers underneith in most cases.

Its very soft and doesnt really bother me. It holds in place well, and makes you sweat big time. When I take it off there is quite a bit of sweat underneith. Be careful not to put it on too tight, cause it seems to give me internal pains if I do. one of the draw backs of using something like this is if you leave it on for too long, it can make your organs overheat, so just be mindful, and any pain or internal discomfort, you may want to remove it.

It makes you sweat, and sweat when your body replaces it requires energy/calories to do so, so for every extra liter of sweat you sweat you burn 280 calories, this will definately help you in that department!

its ok but..it started coming apart after using it a few times and im only 36in at the waist, not sure if i would buy again.

So I got this about a month ago really great, I'm a fairly skinny person but wanted to tone up my abs and firm up everything so I wear this to do sit ups or if I go jogging it makes you sweat! it is great I saw such a big improvement with my abs and quicker results which I love. I also wear it while I'm at work so I', sweating in the midsection really great product. My mother had one from ballys that fell apart in a week, she took mine so now I have to purchase a second one. Great product overall

I got this to see what extra the magnet would do (nothing) and because it is wider than the other ones I have purchased. THEY DO MAKE YOU SLIMMER. I have to put my belt in another notch now. I think it may be all water weight. They make you sweat a lot, but I love to use them. If you have a long torso this is the one for you. I can feel that my abs have been worked after wearing this all day.

I bought this at the same time my girlfriend bought the Danskin Waist Trimmer Belt because a workout buddy recommended it . Both work awesome and as advertised.

I weighed around 210 last year and am now to 165 through consistent exercise and healthy eating (with the exception of a nice juicy greasy cheeseburger here and there)

I never used this to lose the weight, but now I'm at a point where I just have a little flab on the belly that is becoming a PITA to lose.

I sweat a good amount during workouts, but this thing just ups everything. I love the feeling of cold air hitting my belly after I take it off after a workout ;)

The only downside is sometimes it becomes uncomfortable during some exercises. I mainly only where it for running, biking, and bagwork since other exercises it starts to shift and poke into me.

Overall an awesome product. It's speeding up the process of melting this flab away which I'm happy about.

And remember, this isn't going to make you lose weight. You need to put some exercise and good eating habits into your routine to maximize results. It's definitely hard at first, but once you get going and once you start seeing results it turns into an addiction. Good luck!

This belt is simply amasing. I use it three times per week during my eliptical/spinner workout. The amount of energy and sweat you loose is umbelievable. I highly recommmened this product.. Love it. Thank You Everlast.

I bought this to sweat more and lose body fat. It sure makes me sweat, but I haven't seen any weight loss benefit.
