The success of a football club yearbook can often hinge on the on-field fortunes of the team the previous season, and although Everton's 2006-07 campaign could be viewed positively, there is so much more to celebrate about the club, formed in 1878. Sport Media, having already extended the idea of an in-depth, detailed club yearbook, have now produced the first edition of "Everton FC: The Official Guide 2008", a look at all things royal blue. The aim is for the publication to be used as a club bible of knowledge and information, containing accurate, up-to-date facts and statistics on players past and present, extensive club records, a detailed look back on last season, club contact details and much, much more. As well as the usual details demanded in such a book, such as squad details, "Everton FC: The Official Guide 2008" will include the following features: A full analysis of David Moyes' Everton tenure, compared to the club's other managers; the top 10 moments of 2006-07; and, Everton's full record in European club competition.
