About the Author

Stephen Arterburn is co-author of the best-selling “Every Man” series from WaterBrook Press. He is founder and chairman of New Life Clinics, host of the daily “New Life Live!” national radio program, creator of the Women of Faith Conferences, a nationally known speaker and licensed minister, and the author of more than forty books. He lives with his family in Laguna Beach, California.

Fred Stoeker is an author, lay minister, and conference speaker who has counseled hundreds of couples in how to connect in intimate relationships with their spouses. Fred, founder of Living True Ministries, and his wife, Brenda, live with their four children in the Des Moines, Iowa area.

Mike Yorkey is the author, co-author, or general editor of several books for men, including Daddy’s Home, The Christian Dad Answer Book, and all the books in the Every Man series. He and his wife, Nicole, are the parents of two college-age children and live in Encinitas, California.

Stephen Arterburn is the founder and chairman of New Life Ministries--the nation's largest faith-based broadcast, counseling, and treatment ministry--and is the host of the nationally syndicated "New Life Live!" daily radio program heard on over 180 radio stations nationwide. Steve is also the founder of the Women of Faith conferences, attended by over 3 million women.

I believe that EVERY MAN needs to read this just to learn what is out there and what to avoid. It gives you the essential tools to over come. I purchased the workbook and the book together and I must say it is an eye opener. I was addicted to porn for many years, but it was more than just the books, it was it my brain, and in my heart. Another miracle is that my wife worked with me and supported me through all of the garbage! To be honest, being honest with her was difficult, embarassing, and the best thing I could have ever done, not only for her, but for me! Some people do not like to talk about this, and believe me this is a taboo topic even for men. I attempted to talk to some men from my church and they pretty much freaked out. Lets come clean, realize that we have been brain washed by our society, television, misguided that lust is love and finally with the help of God, we can change!
