You can't avoid menopause but you CAN avoid reading about it. I bought this book 4 years ago and finally read it. About time! So many answers to questions I never would have asked a doctor face-to-face. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I was lost & knew much of nothing when I found this book which led me step for step through a phase I was entering.
8 yrs. ago I started peri-menopause but knew nothing & at 45 & through this book am just making sense of things! I'd advise this book to any woman in her early late 20's-early 30's so they know what's to come & what to do/expect. Rosemary McKeever |
