This is an excellent book. It tells how to be a healthy woman from a natural foods standpoint. The author is not fanatical and what he says makes sense. My other book is falling apart and I have just ordered another one from Amazon.

This is a great reference for women of all ages, who are interested in alternative medicine. From pregnancy to menopause and everything in between.

This book has been a very helpful guide for nutrition and beauty care. Everyone I have lent it to has gone out and bought her own copy. However, I do think that too little attention is paid to the special needs of women of African descent. For example, I would have appreciated something on the effects on the scalp of chemically straightening the hair.

Dr. Ariola was an amazing doctor who knewe his practise very well.It's too bad that we don't have more practitioners like him.
This book was very helpful to me as are his other books that I have.
