my little girl was asking for this book nonstop after we had to return it to the library, so i had to order it. she loves to look at the pictures and will recite the words on every other page after i read one of the pages. she has also started finding the "small pictures" on one page where it talks about the Paris attractions and then searches the book until she finds the "big picture" that it corresponds to. she loves the book. and it's fun to read to her.

Leslie Kimmelman's EVERYBODY BONJOURS! offers up a set of basic French words and fun, uplifting stories to go with them as an easy introduction to French culture and language. From a guided tour to a Parisian crowd, bonjour is the word of the moment in this very simple and fun picturebook exploration.

This story is a fantastic little romp through Paris. Keep in mind that this book is not focused on teaching a second language (the only used French vocabulary is "Bonjour"). Yet it does expose children to the sights, sounds, and excitement of Paris. The artwork and story line are entertaining and educational. I love the epilogue at the end that highlights some of the locations and attractions Paris has to offer. All in all, a great book!

We love this book. My daughter is turning 3 and I purchased it for her birthday - or Easter - not sure yet. We've had the book from the library, but had to have our own copy. We go to Paris a couple times a year and it gets her excited about the trip and we always take it with us too! The illustrations are fabulous and it's great fun to read. This book has all the great spots of Paris, I just had to have my own copy!!

My 16 month old daughter is obsessed with this book and makes me read it to her at least four times a day (I'm thinking of hiding it!). She loves to find the mouse on every page and there is something about the rhythm of the words and the colorful illustrations that really captures her fancy. I thought she wouldn't be interested in this book for a long time but lo and behold at 16 months she is hooked! Great book.

Great book with great illustrations of all the wonderful sites in Paris. My 3 year old is half French living in the Bahamas and this book is giving her a wonderful look at the country where her mother is from.

A must if your child likes Paris, France, or if you want to introduce your young one to the monuments and pretty vistas in Paris. Great to prepare a kid going on scenic trip to Paris, or a kid who is about to enter French language class.

My son loves it! The words are so simple and the pictures are very bright. He wants me read again and again. For me it is also very fun. Reading this book just feel like visiting Paris again.

Not a ton of French vocab introduced but still a cute story for young kids and parents who love Paris.

Everybody Bonjours is a very sweet book but not as good as This is Paris (This is . . .) or Adele & Simon [ADELE & SIMON] [Hardcover] for learning about or discovering Paris. Everybody Bonjours is a very good book to introduce children to the concept of people speaking another language, as they will speak French in Paris. We found it a bit simple, however my 5 year old daughter is bilingual. Very good for children who only speak English or have not travelled outside of the United States.
