I have always been a huge fan of Grandpa Jones, I personally feel he was one of the most underrated performers. I read this book and did recieve some insight into who Grandpa Jones was. I was a little disappointed though, I like to listen to Bill Anderson's"Visit With The Stars" program that he does on XMradio. and some of the stars always have a Grandpa Jones story, I was kind of expecting to read about some of those stories as well as his life story. In that respect I was a little disappointed in this book. I REALLY would like to see someone talk to the country music stars, and Grandpa's family and friends and to put that into print. Grandpa may be gone but he isn't forgotten.
