This is a MUST have for all bath lovers! It is the perfect meditation companion, and makes your relaxation/down time more meaningful. The affirmations have soothed my soul many a time, and I especially like the aromatherapy suggestions for each theme (i.e. eucalyptus & juniper for the "Healing Bath", or ylang ylang & ginger for the "Sensual Bath"). It makes a fun gift for friends, too! I highly recommend it.

I just recently received this book as a gift and I think it is a cute little book. The book gives suggestions for essential oil baths and an affirmation/meditation to go along with it. I haven't yet tried any of the ideas but I'm sure I won't be disappointed.
Some of the ideas in this book are rose and marjoram for "The Calming Bath" and lemongrass and pine for the Empowerment Bath. The book is also waterproof. A must have for all bath lovers and those looking for simple ways to relieve everyday stress.
