Catchy, cute and very 80s,
By Psychadelic Kitty (Pawtucket, Rhode Island, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Everyday at the Bus Stop (Audio CD)
I like Tomoko from her vocal works in the Brilliant Green, so I decided to hear her solo work under the moniker of Tommy February6 (her birthday) and I absolutely love it. It's very retro 80s pop music, absolutely adorable, and it reminds me a little of Cyndi Lauper and the Bangles. I love 80s music, and if you do too, I recommend buying this..or at least downloading it off of somewhere.

Tommy Goes 80's,
By A Customer
This review is from: Everyday at the Bus Stop (Audio CD)
While Tommy (Tomoko Kawase) is known mostly for her work with the pop-rock band, `The Brilliant Green' - she has formed her own 80's driven, sweet valley high loving, pop collection under the moniker `Tommy february6'. While since becoming Tommy heavenly6, Tommy's february6 work is among her best. Everyday at The Bus-Stop is among one of the best in her career in personal opinion, and the catchy music and 70% English lyrics will have even the most industrialized American music fan bouncing to this song. |
