5.0 out of 5 stars Clear,comprehensive diabetes/diet management, August 23, 1998

This review is from: The Everyday Gourmet Diabetes Cookbook: Simple, Healthy Recipes and Menus for People with Diabetes and Those Who Love Th em (Hardcover)
The first section is all about diabetes and I found it to be clear, comprehensive and very up to date. The book is worth its price just for this section. The book is well organized, well formatted and easy to read. The recipes cover most kinds of food and seem simple to make with most having less than 10 ingredients and 3 instructions. As a physician, I found this to be an excellent resource for my patients and I plan to recommend it first for diabetes and diet education.
