This book is an excellent source to have handy. In my profession, it is expected of me to formulate all types of letters. My supervisor depends on my expertise for writing all forms of business and personal letters. A copy of this book should be in your home or office. Believe me when I say it is an excellent reference tool. I highly recommend this book to those who are letter writers and those who have never written a letter (personal or business) before.
