I GOT THIS FOR A FRIEND WHO WAS JUST DIAGNOSED WITH TYPE 2 DIABETES. SHE IS CURRENTLY GOING THROUGH IT WITH A FINE TOOTH COMB AND IS FINDING OUT LOTS OF THINGS. IT HELPED ME KEEP MY SUGAR IN CONTROL AND I THINK IT WILL HELP HER A LOT. SHIPPING WAS FAST AND WE ARE BOTH SATISFIED WITH THE BOOK. THANKS SO MUCH
