OSHO is an experience to be relived by reading his writings and listening to his discourses. The Everyday Meditator is produced with extracts from his works. It is.... well...., a capsule.

You can eat a capsule of vitamins, well packaged, effective and will produce the results. But what you will miss is the totality of the experience.

So, if you intend to start with this book as a beginning to change the way you think and look at the world around you, go ahead and read it. But do not stop there. Go ahead and read more of OSHO's works.
