Having finished chemo and radiation treatments I have become quite a 'post cancer hippie' with regards to all of my personal products. I don't want anything with a bunch of toxic ingredients. Once you really start looking at the ingredients list of products... well, it's more disturbing that I ever realized. I was introduced to EO products during a trip to Esalen and I just love this body wash, I'm glad I was able to track it down. My boyfriend even enjoys using it and he thought he hated lavender! (Guess he just hated synthetic lavender scented products) It's also a great shampoo when we run out of our usual.

After MUCH research, trial and error - the natural beauty products I have happily settled on that are
1)Low in toxic ingredients
2)Still quality products that work well and

I love this soap. I've used other bath washes like Kiss My Face and Burt's Bees and either i couldn't stand the scent (the former) or it was way too expensive for the amount (the latter). I think my search is over for a relatively all-natural product that cleans and rinses well, does not contain sulfates or detergents, and is at a reasonable cost for the large amount. Cheers to the makers of this product. Now I just have to try the other scents, but I love the citrus and mint!

I've just started using this product as a hand soap in the past month. I've also had eczema on the back of my hands for the past 11 years (ever since I had kids and had to wash my hands much more). I can't believe that after a month of using it, my hands look normal again! I like the citrus + mint scent - nice and clean but not overpowering. I haven't used it as a shampoo or body soap yet, but I did try it on my face and it didn't leave it feeling dry like other soaps do. I'm so happy that it's now available on Subscribe and Save!

PS. I've been using it for the past week as shampoo and soap. I see what some people say that it doesn't lather as well, but that doesn't bother me. My hair feels clean and silky and so does my skin. It doesn't leave that weird film other soaps do. I'm a convert!

First of all, what drew me to the product is the ingredient list: no parabens, sulfates, and METHYLISOTHIAZOLINONE. Second would be the value. Usually, if I really want non-gmo, organic, or cruelty-free toiletries, I wait till the local organic grocery store puts them on sale. I don't live the crunchy life but if the option is there, I would rather buy products that are kinder. I am glad Amazon offers EO. I picked up the lavender and aloe variant and I love it.The soap lathers up well (depends on water softness) when I use a bath sponge or loofah with just a couple of pumps. Any soap combined with warm/hot water dries the skin, so a little lotion after bath should do the trick for those who complain that it dries them up.

As for packaging, I was lucky because it came with my other orders from Amazon, so I guess the other items in the box protected it. Otherwise, it had no other protection such as neck rings, plastic seals, etc.

Don't get me wrong...This is a fabulous product. Good shampoo, shower gel and it smells awesome. But because it's an add-on, I noticed that when we rate them "too good" they come back at twice the price on Prime. So should I review my pruchased add-ons honestly if Amazon act like that?

As it is, I just paid $79 for my Prime membership and everything that I need on Prime became more expensive than last year. Now, if I want a certain product and it's an add-on...well, I need to order for $25 from Amazon. Then if I review this add-on and give it an excellent review, I will pay twice the price when it will be available only on Prime.

Isn't it the way it works now on Amazon? This is probably the last year that I pay for Prime membership. An advice to the maker of that soap (I also have the lavender lotion) : Sell on your own website and I'll buy it. I know $9.99 is too good to be true for 32 oz of your quality product, but I won't get hooked and pay twice the price when it will be available on Prime only. It's very dishonest from the part of Amazon, it is a bad marketing to threat customers like morons.
