Once again, Chere Estrin wows the paralegal community with her insightful, motivating, and down-to-earth advice. An icon in the industry, Ms. Estrin gives direct advice in articles such as "Getting a Grip on Your Career"; "Managing Attorneys to Get What You Need to Succeed"; and How Attorneys Evaluate Paralegals". I found this book helpful for my own career and would highly recommend it to anyone in the career or thinking about entering it.
