5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome.
Great screamo/emo-metal band...for fans of Finch, Story Of The Year, Anberlin, Thursday, and A Static Lullaby.
My only problem with this cd is that it is expensive to buy everywhere you look
1 Greetings...Goodbye 4/5 Good song, but slow. Not fast enough to be the first track. Should be like #8 or something.
2 Art Of Communication 10/5 Top 3 on the cd. Nasty...

3.0 out of 5 stars Decent cd
it's a good band and a good cd it's just...nothing original. it's the same cd that's been done a million times. the lyrics are great and i still love the cd and the style, but it's nothing innovative.

I can see what some people find good in this band but to me it sounds like they can't decide if they're in Blink 182 or Sepelutura and it just gets annoying sometimes.

i had never heard of glasseater until i bought the video game Amped 2. they had pretty much every track of the new album on the soundtrack for the game. i instantly enjoyed tracks such as break away. so i listened to the other songs on the soundtrack and went out and bought the album the next day. this is one awesome album. the singing quality and screaming blend well for some hard hitting songs. give this album a try, you won't be disappointed. if you like glasseater you should also like thrice and swift. check those out too. i'm out.

4.0 out of 5 stars huge improvement on already killer band, September 3, 2003
This review is from: Everything Is Beautiful When You Don't Look Down (Audio CD)
i've alwayz enjoyed glasseater's music, their past cds yeilded a few insanely catchy hooks . check out the songs "new day" "7 years bad luck" "medicine" "pale blue face" "last song i write about you"and others- these songs wre fun, but i'd have to say that unluss you have the stomach for pure punk the vocals are pretty unbearable. there is some excelent screaming work but the lead vocals- well the voice is off and te lyricks are brainnumbing- this cd fixes all that with great singing great lyricks and a huge improvement in the bands musical abilities the band has really made killer progress.the only reason this doesnt get 5 stars is cause glasseater lost some of its hookiness with deeper song structures andm lyricks .its not just a lalalalala singalong band anymore. but its still one damn feel- good bad. highly recoomend this band to fans of Grade
