5.0 out of 5 stars A LOT of variety and information.
If you are cooking for gluten sensitivity, allergy or Celiac Sprue, then buy this book. It's a good companion and a better outright cookbook to "Gluten-Free for Dummies".

3.0 out of 5 stars Lots of recipes, some have gluten, January 6, 2010

I purchased this book hoping for a cookbook with lots of variety that I could just pick up and use without having to worry about the recipe containing gluten.

This is not the cookbook for that.
The Asian section has 7 pages of recipes containing "soy sauce" with no mention that most all soy sauce is made with wheat and contains gluten.
Other recipes contain beer (check out page 240), which also contains gluten.

Yes, both these items can be found in a gluten-free form, but commonly available beer and soy sauce are made with gluten-containing grains.
