I like the writing and presentation in this book. Very clear and easy to read. Quick to skim for the information you need to understand how to manage life with a bipolar disorder diagnosis. Plus, I find it helpful (and less alarming) as it doesn't have so many of those extreme wild stories about how people's behavior during manic or depressive episodes.
