I downloaded this onto my kindle and read it prior to giving birth. It had a lot of great prenatal and postpartum information. I would recommend this book to new mothers who want to be in the know.

Great resource, well written easy to understand all information given. After 5 kids, Meagan sure knows how to communicate her experience and knowledge into practical, easy to apply advice. A must for all mums!!
