I bought this book for my 5yo son. Some of the puzzles were beyond him at first pass, but there were enough that he could do to get him hooked. We kept it in the car, and brought it into restaurants with us, so it would give him something to keep him occupied. After flipping through and doing all of the 'easy' ones, he liked it so much that he went through again and worked on the harder ones until we ended up doing all of them. We are exploring more of the 'Everything KIDS' series and are very happy so far.

Note that this is not an 'activity' book to give you ideas of activities to do. It is strictly puzzles, mazes, hidden object pictures, etc, that require only your mind and a writing utensil.

This book was not at all what I was expecting. Somehow I got the impression that this book would have "ideas" and things to do for a Halloween party. Maybe it was the lack of product description, wishful thinking, or lord knows what, but either way it was a flop. Turns out it is merely a kids puzzle book. It reminds me of a thicker, well bound Dell crossword book, with all the extras. My kids range in age from 3-10 and none of them like it. Some of the games and puzzles are too hard and others way to easy. Definitely not a hit in my home. Sorry.
