There are different topics accompanied with a Peanuts comic strip and helpful words of wisdom from a Peanuts character throughout the book. Great gift for any Peanuts fan and a definite pick-me up when you have one of those days that just need to be brightened.

I have followed Peanuts since I was a child and have collected
Charles Schultz materials from early on. This is a wonderful addition to my collection. Recommend it for any Peanuts fans out there!!

With so many great books out there about Peanuts, this one comes as a mild disappointment. What we have here is basically a small book of subject matter (humility, knowing when enough is enough) with a Peanuts comic strip to match the subject idea. Pearls of wisdom from the strip's main characters are also included, such as Linus: "Never set your stomach for a jelly-bread sandwich until you're sure there's some jelly" that might not work well as humor or insight when taken out of context from the daily or Sunday comic strips where they were found.

The idea of using quotes from the comic strip was done so much better in the early sixties by Charles M. Schulz's classic gift books such as: "Happiness is a Warm Puppy" and "Security is a Thumb and a Blanket." And, as it seems that the editors of this volume meant well enough in producing this book, without the input (magic) from Mr. Schulz in producing this work: "Everything I Need To Know I Learned From Peanuts" doesn't equal the earlier books that cover the very same ground as this.

I will always enjoy Peanuts, and will continue to collect the: "Complete Peanuts" series of all the newspaper comics, but this book doesn't add anything new or enlightening to the legacy of this great comic.
Two Stars.

I love Peanuts and miss Charles Schultz. But when I saw that this book was printed in China, I almost lost my lunch. This is just too much to bear. Auuuggghhh!
