Excellent resource book for teens (and parents),

In clear language, this small book explains ADD/ADHD-how to treat it, how to deal with it, in and out of school-and even some advise about handling the situation when one joins the work force. Importantly, a number of the author's suggestions likewise apply to adolescents with LD.
