The fact that I've come here to review a single song should say something about it. I love everything about this song except that is could be much much longer. It's not short, I just want it to last for hours.

The music is just a magical blend of all the things the Decemberists are best at. The melodies are instantly catchy but don't wear out over time. The lyrics are clever and just a tiny bit cheesy in a most endearing way.

For one dollar, this is absolutely a must-buy. I cannot believe that it was left off an album and banished to the land of the B-side single. Travesty.
